My favourite 6 beaches in Bali

The reason why I love Bali so much, is because it has to offer so many things: culture, delicious food, mountains, oceans, meditation, yoga, etc. Bali has something for everyone. Learning to surf, fishing, diving, snorkeling and stand-up paddle boarding – they’re all possible when you’re in Bali.
And the true reason why I crossed half of the world to reach Bali, were its beaches, of which wonderfulness I read about.

The most known and crowded beaches are Kuta and Semiyak. But today I want to talk about the less known beaches. Even if discovering them might be difficult sometimes,Read more

Where to eat in Ubud?

If you plan a trip to Ubud, Bali, or if you are already there, most probably you will be surprised by the numerous restaurants that you can find here. From traditional food like Gado-Gado and up to western food like italian pizza, in Ubud you will find anything you want.
One of the things I appreciated most in Ubud was the fact that they are a lot into healthy food. So, it doesn’ matter if you are omnivore and want to eat chicken meat, or if you are vegetarian or even raw vegan, Ubud is the city that has them all, especially because of the high number of tourists that choose to spend their holidays in Bali.

Fruits market

Fruits market

For me, one of the best places where I use to do the shopping and eat, was the market. You can find there fruits, vegetables and fresh juices, all at very good prices. But sometimes, I was feeling that I need something different, I missed Read more

Our story from 48-storey skyscraper: Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon

Kuala Lumpur was the first destination from the third country in South East Asia, Malaysia. Even from the airport we realised that Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia is a different city from the ones that we saw so far in Thailand and Indonesia. The city is much more civilised, clean and evolved, making Kuala Lumpur a Shanghai of Malaysia in which you don’t even know where to turn your head and which skyscraper to watch. This is how I discovered how much I like toRead more

Something different in Bali: Bali Swasti

Before arriving in Bali I heard many times that it is considered to be a paradise. And I never understood why some people think so. This, only until I arrived there. In a very sincere way, I am telling you that the moment I stepped in Bali, I had goose bumps. I was probably overwhelmed by all the emotions accumulated since a while and by all the good things that happened lately. Before leaving to Asia, I didn’t dream of ever arriving in Bali. I remember that one year ago I was Read more

How I started to love Yoga and why you should try it at Radiantly Alive

Breath in-breath out”, “Breath in-breath out” – these were the words I was hearing while I was sustaining my body’s weight with my hands and the sweat drops that were running from my forehead to the mattress were making my hands to slip, so I was wondering what am I doing there? This is what I felt for the first 30 minutes when I started practicing yoga for the first time. Later on, I started to control my breathing and I understood that yoga is not about fastness and not about copying what the others are doing.  Read more

Waking up with the ocean view – Adila

In Uluwatu, we spent a few nights in Adila, a house with a motto that suits best to its philosophy – Home Yoga Food – and which is located only 10 km from Denpasar airport and 4 min by scooter to the beach.
Since we arrived, the owners Sandra and Salah made us feel very welcome and offered us a fresh juice made in house and then showed us the villa. Adila contains two houses which were designed with ample open space to capture the Read more

Tocmai de asta, Read more

Strips the Poshtel-hostel in Chiang Mai

After a few days spent in a big city as Bangkok, where no matter how much we wanted to walk, we were forced to use public transportation because of long distances, the first criteria that we had when choosing a hostel in Chiang Mai was its location. This is how we found Strips the Poshtel, a hostel which has 9.3 rating on Hostelworld and is situated in downtown of Chiang Mai, only 5 minutes from the Night Bazaar.
