What if I would tell you that in such a big city as Bangkok, there is a place that can make you feel like home? This is what we felt at Good One Hostel and what we loved most was:
The position: Good One Hostel is located in the heart of Bangkok, only 150 m away from BTS Chong Nonsi station and 2 minutes walking distance from markets, 7/11 store and other places with traditional food.
The accommodation: after a fast check in and lots of smiles, we headed to the 6th floor where an en suite room with a clean and confortable double bed was expecting us. The room was modernly furnished, with clean bed linen, towels and air conditioning, a must in Bangkok. The shower and the toiled which were completing the room were very clean.
Even though it is a hostel, the private room offered us the tranquility and the privacy that we needed, so that we really felt like home. At Good One Hostel you can choose between 12 persons mixed room, 12 female dormitory or private rooms with shared or private bathroom.
On the attic there is a common area, perfect top meet other travellers and a small kitchen where you can cook.
The team: what we liked best was the fact that we met a friendly and smiling team, which was happy to offer us advices, to help us with the laundry or even make phone calls for us. All of them speak good English, so that it was not complicated to get along with them. They were also preparing breakfast every morning: cereals, milk, toast, butter and jam.
As a conclusion, Good One Hostel has something suitable for everyone, it is the place where you can relax or meet other travellers. It is the hostel that we recommend to anyone who is preparing to visit Bangkok.
